About Mando Martial Arts
___________________________________________________ Mando Martial Arts is a fun, exciting, energetic program that gives its student's more than just fighting skills used for self-defense. Students are instilled with an above average sense of pride, honor, and bravery. In addition a positive outlook, self confidence, discipline, focus, respect, and self-defense skills needed for this tough day and age.
Students will learn: Boxing:
Students will learn the ins and outs of boxing and its offense, defense, body movement, and foot work. Emphasizing a strong fighting stance whether in a competition or in a fight to defend one's self. Mando Martial Arts believes that it is a superior guard that proves most effective more often than not.
Wrestling:
Mando Martial Arts wrestling is geared toward takedowns and their defenses, solid ground wrestling leaving out overly flashy maneuvers liable to get a person caught or hurt in a fight.
Muay Thai:
Students will learn non flashy back to basics, punching, kicking, kneeing, and elbowing, straight forward combos to give Mando Martial Artists the most efficient, and effective Muay Thai available for competition or street self-defense.
Judo/ Jui jitsu:
Mando Martial Arts brand of Judo/Jiu Jitsu is less than traditional. Mando M.A.'s goal is to give its students an incredibly strong base of basics having not only great tachi-waza (standing) techniques, but also a great ne-waza (ground) techniques. Mando M.A. has high hopes to create a seamless blend between Judo's (up) and Jiu Jitsu's (Down) in our style of M.M.A.
Submission Fighting (M.M.A.):
Utilizing Mando M.A.'s unique curriculum for Mixed Martial Arts we find this to be the ultimate way to combine previously separated arts and blend them together in which to realize a full circle of power. From standing, to wrestling, grappling, to getting back to one's feet Mando Martial Arts professes the ultimate in M.M.A. techniques. Allowing for choice, choice to talk about a problem, choice to run if need be, and choice to stand and fight to defend one's self if no other options are available.
Students are coached under the watchful eye of U.F.C. veteran and M.M.A. Compeditor Kelly Dullanty.

Compassion:
Through intense training a Mixed Martial Artist becomes quick and strong. They are not as other people. They develop a power that must be used for the good of all. They have compassion. They help their fellow man at every opportunity. If an opportunity does not arise, they are available and willing if such an opportunity presents itself. (Adaptation from Bushido) &linebreak=

About Kelly Dullanty
___________________________________________________ Kelly Dullanty, a U.F.C. veteran has been training and competing in Mixed Martial Arts since July 5th 1999. That September he took over the children's program at American Kickboxing Academy. At the time this was primarily a kickboxing class for kids. Kelly not only brought great enthusiasm to the program but he also incorporated aspects of ground martial arts by way of submission grappling making the program more well rounded. It was during his time at American Kickboxing Academy Kelly not only taught class but developed a system for teaching this new style of martial art known as M.M.A.(Mixed Martial Arts). Kelly's program is now known as Mando Martial Arts and has evolved with the sport. In more recent times his M.M.A. system incorporates:
Boxing Wrestling Muay Thai Kickboxing Judo Jiu jitsu Submission Fighting(M.M.A.)
To our knowledge this is the first M.M.A. program to have a clear and concise ranking system and curriculum. The system is a collage of M.M.A. function(Body), traditional martial arts philosophy(Mind), and a version of Yoga known as EXY which assists it's participants to connect their soul to their martial practice(Spirit). This brings their martial experience full circle connecting one's Mind, Body, and Spirit as one. Besides being a well rounded fighter who has competed in some of the most respected M.M.A. competitions in the world Kelly brings a wealth of experience to his Mando Martial Arts system of M.M.A. In 1999 Kelly began submission fighting (M.M.A.) under the direction of five time U.F.C. champion Frank Shamrock. With an impressive showing in just his first practice Kelly earned himself a spot on Team Shamrock, a rising team of M.M.A. fighters at the time. Kelly's first fight came April 15th 2000, when he scored a first round TKO against the self proclaimed "bad ass" Shad Smith. Then came another victory over the highly top rated Duane Ludwig. After that it was an I.F.C. four man tournament Kelly took with little effort. These performances would culminate in his U.F.C. debut verses now 170lb. U.F.C. champion Matt (The Terror) Serrie. Receiving the only loss to his record Kelly is now poised to make a comeback to the M.M.A. scene. Currently training six to seven days a week and looking to once again compete in early '08. While enjoying the challenges of competition he finds that his true martial calling is in teaching. He shares, "Competing I believe shows us small slivers of truth about ourselves, and it is the teaching of these truths that transcends this knowledge for the generations of students to come." ___________________________________________________
Commitment:
Kelly Dullanty commits himself to God, his son Jesus his personal savior, his family, students, community, martial arts disciplines, and to have a fierce loyalty to all previously listed in the above mentioned. "It's my dream and vision to bring Mixed Martial Arts (M.M.A.) to everyone, not only those wishing to compete. It's my belief that M.M.A. is this millenniums martial art, and that it is the best suited for self-defense. In our day and age the world can be a dangerous place, and I believe it will be Mando Martial Arts system of Mixed Martial Arts seeing us home safely." &linebreak=

Complete Sincerity:
When a Mixed Martial Artist has said that they will perform an action, it is as good as done. Nothing will stop them from completing what they said they'd do. They do not have to give their word. They do not have to promise. Speaking and doing are the same action. (Adaptation from Bushido) &linebreak=

Polite Courtesy:
Mixed Martial Artists have no reason to be cruel, they do not need to prove their strength. A Mixed Martial Artist is polite even to their enemies. Without this outward show of respect we are nothing more than animals. A Mixed Martial Artist is not only respected for their strength in battle but also by their dealings with others. The true strength of a Mixed Martial Artist becomes apparent during difficult times. (Adaptation from Bushido)
